"I think the way you approach people and make them feel comfortable and capable in such an unassuming way is awesome!!!!!! Love what you have done for me so far…a long way to go but you have changed my relationship with exercise completely … A HUGE thank you!!"
I love being outside in nature, not only is it great for your soul but your physical fitness will also improve.
Having a new baby is hard work and sometimes very daunting, but a walk in the park with other mums is a great way to make new friends, share ideas and experiences.
I encourage you and your baby to join us for some 'you time'. Take things at your own pace and be refreshed and energised. Don't worry if your baby cries, they all do at one time or another. You can always stop and see to your little one as you need to.
Buggy Fitness classes are suitable for you as soon as you have had your 6-8 week GP check.
Before the course commences I will invite you to book in for a 15 minute consultation at Southcote Clinic for a “rec check” (checking for a tummy gap).
What to expect at a Buggy Fitness class
We meet by the cafe in Mote Park Maidstone and then generally walk around the back of the park where it tends to be less busy. We stop at various points during the class to exercise areas that have become weakened during pregnancy and subsequent motherhood. We use resistance bands, as well as drills to improve cardiovascular fitness.
The class is one hour in duration and runs all through the year whatever the weather (unless it is very icy under foot). I like this saying: “There is no such thing as bad weather, just inappropriate clothing”.
In order to ensure you get great results, Buggy Fitness is run as a course. This allows me to plan programmes that keep the classes fresh, you motivated and continually achieving new results as we work together over the duration. The block programme guarantees you a place in my classes and all you need to do is pay upfront and focus on getting the results you want.
