Are you running correctly?

I had a great Running Assessment with Emma, I've been running for a while and just completed a half marathon, but I never really sat back and thought about my running style.

Emma was great - she took a comprehensive health history and observed me while I did numerous stretches and exercises. She demonstrated some exercises in her studio that I could do to offset my weaker areas and is also going to follow this up with some tailor mail videos for me to continue exercise at home.

I really recommend Emma's Running Assessment for anyone who is new or experienced at running. Thanks, Emma!
