Running Coach

I have had a love of running since the age of 12 when I joined Ashford Athletic Club as a sprinter, I stayed there for a further thirteen years, competing regularly at club level in the Kent, Southern and UK Women’s Leagues.

As the years have gone by 100metres and 200metres have extended to 5k and 10k, plus three marathons but purely for “fun” now, as much as a marathon can be fun!

In 2012 I trained as a Leader in Running Fitness, progressing to a Coach in Running Fitness in 2014, both of these qualifications have enabled me to launch 0-5k running groups where the focus is always on people who are intimidated by exercise or returning after a long break!
