Is the trampoline your friend or enemy?

I am looking forward to starting a new Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman course, it is such a rewarding class to teach. With feedback like this, I think you will probably understand why:

“We did strength and conditioning on Monday and I was concentrating on my breathing the whole time. We did a bit of jumping and although I wasn’t 100% successful it was better than usual.”

“Posture much improved and prolapse appears to be receding/ more under control, the exercises seem to increase my energy levels and general well-being.”

“You have helped me loads. Going through some difficult mental health stuff – your classes helped more than you will realise. Keep being amazing.”

It saddens me when women just “put up” with pelvic floor issues and believe that this is the way it is meant to be. It is common but definitely shouldn’t be normal and it is never too late to make a difference. I once had a lady in her 80’s attend and she noticed an improvement in her core and pelvic floor awareness by the end of the course. The deepest pre-screening, clinical guidance and referral mechanism is unrivalled – you don’t just turn up and join in. If it is not right for you I will ensure you find the help that you need. No woman gets left behind!

I frequently hear of people attending running groups, bounce fit classes and other high impact activities even though they leak during these sessions. I believe the perception is that they must be working hard for this to happen and therefore it is a good thing.

NO!

Common but not normal and never too late to make a difference!
