Listen to your body!
This is a phrase that I will often use with clients, but what does it mean?
Our body is continually communicating to us, whether that be an ache, stiffness, or perhaps “butterflies” in our stomach.
- An ache might be due to carrying something too heavy over a prolonged period
- Stiffness could be due to too much sitting and not moving around enough
- “Butterflies” might be due to anxiety
Awareness of these is the start, taking action is the next step. Perhaps that might be where I can help, get in touch to find out more.
